VeXpo Meet & Greet Ticket
A ticket for a one-on-one Meet & Greet with a talent at VeXpo.

Each Meet & Greet ticket is for one minute with a specific talent, limit 1 per talent.
There are 15 tickets available per talent.

THIS TICKET IS ONLY FOR GUESTS PHYSICALLY ATTENDING VEXPO. THE MEET & GREETS WILL NOT BE STREAMED, RECORDED, OR BROADCASTED.

IF YOU BUY A TICKET AND ARE NOT PHYSICALLY PRESENT DURING THE MEET & GREET, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

Attending your Meet & Greet:

• Upon purchasing your ticket, you will receive a receipt via email.
• On the day of the Meet & Greet, please arrive at the BGUS booth 10 minutes before the scheduled Meet & Greet.
• Present your receipt to the staff member when asked.

Clarifications:

• Once you have your ticket, you are guaranteed to meet your talent. No rush! Each talent has ample time to talk to all 15 people.
• One ticket may be used for groups up to 5 people. Please note that the entire group may only visit for the duration of the ticket, one minute.
• If the system notices one person purchasing 2 or more tickets per talent, the order will be cancelled. For example: Using two email addresses to purchase 2 tickets for the same talent.
