Notice Regarding US Orders: Shipping and Tariffs Update

Dear Customers,

Thank you for your continued support of the Brave group US Official Store.

This is an important notice for customers residing in the United States who have placed orders with shipping scheduled before early August.

As announced on April 25, 2025, we have temporarily suspended shipments to the United States. In response to some changes in the tariff situation, we would like to inform you of our updated policy as we prepare to resume shipments. Please take a moment to review the details below.

Currently, certain items may be subject to high customs duties due to the ongoing global-US tariff situation.
If you wish to have your order shipped as soon as it is ready, instead of waiting for possible US policy changes, please contact us anytime. Our next shipping update is expected before August, 2025.


After shipment, the delivery company will contact you regarding customs charges, and we kindly request that you handle the payment directly.

Please note that we are unable to provide information on the exact amount of customs incurred, as they vary depending on the product, destination, and courier. We appreciate your understanding.

If, after shipment, the package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or other issues related to customs clearance, we will be unable to offer a refund. Further, if you would like the returned package to be sent out again, this will incur additional shipping charges.

For the currently delayed orders containing the V4Advent Calendar Merch, we will be absorbing the additional fees for these products when shipping them out. This is an exception made specifically for these orders as they have been delayed due to separate reasons.

Additionally, we will be providing more information at a later date for customers whose orders contain items from the Riko Solari Birthday Merch 2025 collection.

Affected orders of which we do not receive explicit instruction to ship out are currently scheduled for shipment around early August. Additionally, as production has already been completed or is currently in progress, we are unable to offer refunds at this time.

Please also note that our policy may be subject to change depending on global circumstances or customs regulations.
Should there be any changes, we will notify you accordingly, so we kindly ask that you refrain from individual inquiries at this time and await further announcements.
