Customers who wish to receive a replacement must contact us via our contact form by Friday, February 21st 7:59 PM (PST). Please include your order number and indicate that you would like to receive a replacement in your message.
Replacements are scheduled for shipment within March 2025. We do not require the defective item(s) to be sent back.
