■ About the product

■ Auction period
Sunday July 26 9:00am PDT -> Sunday July 26 3:00pm PDT

* Please direct inquiries regarding this auction to the booth staff. We ask that you refrain from using our contact form as we are unable to guarantee a response before the auction period ends.

■ Before Bidding
This auction is exclusively for Offkai attendees. Prizes can only be picked up at the event venue.
We cannot ship prizes later - only bidders able to collect their items in person on Sunday July 26 should participate. Refunds will not be issued for missed pickups. Staff will not be shipping items to their winners.
Accordingly, bidders should intend on being near the exhibit hall by July 26 3:00PM PDT.
Once placed, bids are final and cannot be canceled.


■ After Auction End
Winners will receive an email after 3:00 PM PDT on Sunday July 26, containing a payment request.

Only winning bidders will receive an email. If you didn’t get an email, you didn’t win.
If your email address is incorrect, you will not receive the email, so please be very careful when setting up your email address.

Please keep in mind that further action is required once auction winners receive the confirmation email. As no payments for the auction item have been collected until this point, you will need to proceed to the payment page via the “Buy Now” button in the email and enter your payment details.

If you win but either don’t pay or don’t claim your items at the event, you will not receive them.

Upon getting the payment request, we ask that you pay within 60 minutes. If you do not pay within 60 minutes, booth staff will assume you are not physically present, and a new winner will be chosen.
For those that have placed a bid but did not win, we ask that you still keep an eye on your email inbox periodically during the final hour. In the case we are unable to confirm payment from the top bidder within 60 minutes, we will move down the list of bidders to select a new winner.
After completing payment, go to the booth and present the email to a staff member to collect your items.

・This product may be available again in the future.
・Items in our store are shipped from either the US or Japan. Combined orders with different shipping origins will incur separate shipping charges. Please verify the shipping origin tag for each item before purchasing.
